Ingredients:

½ kg chicken drumsticks
2 eggs
Breadcrumbs, as required
Oil to deep fry
Green chutney :
4 tbsp grated coconut
2 cloves garlic
½” piece ginger
1 bunch coriander leaves, chopped
½ bunch mint leaves, chopped
8-10 green chillies, chopped
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tbsp chopped onions
juice of 1 lemon
½ tsp salt
½ tsp sugar

Method:
 
Grind the coconut, onions, cumin seeds, green chillies, sugar, mint and coriander leaves, garlic and ginger to a fine paste using a little water.

Add lemon juice and salt. Put cuts on chicken drumsticks and apply green chutney and marinate atleast 6-8 hours or overnight.

Roll in breadcrumbs, dip in beaten eggs, fry in hot oil till chicken is done and golden.
